In 1982, Roland decided to leave his job as a chef on Cape Cod, and asked me if I would like to own a pickup truck, well then it all began. Roland and Chris trucked for miles running fresh picked crab to Cape Cod. Two years later he said " How about if we make a crab dip to sell?" I said "If it sells...". Well, that was his foot in the door, he was making dip left and right. To this day, Wicked Good Crabmeat Dip is still a big success.

Roland grew up on the Island, so he knows most of the licensed pickers. We now live in Bass Harbor, a commercial working harbor. It's here that we are able to watch the fishing boats that gather the ingredients that are later, picked out, and transformed into our Wicked Good Crab Meat Dip. Years ago, we used to make a shrimp Pate, having to stop because time would not allow for us to continue. People have been asking us when we are going to bring it back to the market. So here it is! We have a new cover similar to the Wicked Good Crab Meat Dip, this new product line is called Wicked Good Shrimp Pate.

Both the Crab Dip and Shrimp Pate are available in 8 oz. containers. We give the dip and the Pate a 12 day shelf life, but it does well, when frozen. We don't recommend it but customer's tell us it is great and the products do last longer than stated above.

We have a fully equipped two bedroom home that we rent out from May through November. Remember, we are only 20 feet from the oceans edge and have stairs that go down to the beach. You may contact us for a possible rental and we would gladly refer you to the rental agents that we go through.
